I remember how fear traps you in darkness, how the trauma makes you feel lost and consumed with sadness, guilt, and shame. The emotional pain feels like an endless punishment that’s impossible to escape.

Although stepping out of the darkness and confronting adversity can feel daunting, it’s achievable with the wisdom that illuminates a path towards genuine healing and freedom.

    I never planned to start a reflective life writing blog.
