  • The Unusually Vivid Dream Standing in a Dark Cave

    It was a cold winter morning in February 2015. As dawn began to break, I woke up remembering an unusually vivid dream. The dream was so lifelike that I felt as if I was standing in a dark cave watching.

    In the center of the cave was a hole in the ground. Bricks were stacked around it, about four feet in height. It appeared to be the opening of an old well.

    To the right of the pit, a tall, dark figure stood in the shadows. To the left, a brick wall stood 3 or 4 feet in height. I stood in front of the hole, my eyes gazing at the tall, dark figure in the shadows.

  • A True Story About Hiding in Fear from God

    This is a true story about a young boy who jumped down at a Christmas play and hid in fear from God underneath the Church Pew. 

    A cherished memory is the year we attended a Christmas play at the Methodist church in town. My son was around six years old, and his grandparents and I took him to see a performance about the birth of Jesus.

    The best part was when the voice of God came over the loudspeakers.
